List of my Go-To Brands For My Clients – Your client may not be coming back to you because you are not providing them with the look they want. It has taken me years of on the ground research to know where to find “everything” for every look. I have created a list of my go-to resources. On it, are the best brands for which body types, a master list of the items that never fail me, and series of websites to get those random garments or accessories that a random client always seems to need.
Client + Consultation Paperwork – 50% of the work needed to succeed with your client happens during the consultation. If you ask the right questions at the start of your service you will save yourself a lot of embarrassment and failure. You will get the exact same documents I use with my own clients. I have spent thirteen years perfecting my consultation process. I still remember the day I first created it, and all the revisions I have made since to prevent the many mishaps and mistakes I made with my first series of clients. Your service may not be at its best because your consultation isn’t at its best.
Marketing & Service Audit – I will research your website and online marketing to ensure your marketing message matches your service. The biggest turn off for a client is mixed signals or ill managed expectations. I will also make sure that your pricing is appropriate for your service.
Competition Evaluation of Your City – Your service may be so educational that your clients don’t need to come back to you. In that case, we need to have a regular flow of new clients to make up for the lack of returning clients. I will research your main competition in your city and see how you match up. I will also provide the research for how many people are searching for a personal stylist in your city.

Phone Call w/ Me – Use your phone call with me to ask anything about the items I have sent you or to discuss the main struggle you are having with keeping your clients. You will send me a list of your questions prior to the phone call. If I feel the answers will take more than the time allotted in your package, I will ask you to cut down your questions, or offer 30 extra minutes for $75.
